Before you write
- Billing or plan changes: manage your subscription from Settings → Subscription in the app, or tell us what you need changed.
- Generation problems: the PDF name and roughly when it happened helps us find the job.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account and its data yourself in Settings; write to us if you'd like it done for you.
